As C.A.R. Treasurer and Chair of the Strategic Planning & Finance Committee, Nikki has spent nearly two years at the center of the decisions shaping the nation’s largest REALTOR® association. She helped lead the development and approval of a new Strategic Plan to guide C.A.R. through unprecedented times, positioning the organization to better understand its members, put new technology to work on their behalf, and prepare for the growing role of AI in real estate. Through the C.A.R. 360 program, she has been part of a team reaching out to thousands of members across the state, keeping their voices at the heart of that work.

Nikki brings to this role the perspective of a broker who still works alongside agents every day. Guiding hundreds of agents across three counties, she understands the pressures members face in their businesses and brings that practical insight to every discussion at the leadership table. Her ability to approach challenges from multiple perspectives and turn strategy into action has made her a trusted voice within C.A.R. and a leader ready to serve as President-Elect.

Now, as a candidate for C.A.R. President-Elect 2028–2029, Nikki is focused on connecting association leadership with the REALTORS® it serves and helping shape an organization that continues to evolve alongside its members.

“For nearly two years, I have had the privilege of serving as your C.A.R. Treasurer. Working with the Strategic Planning & Finance Committee, I helped develop and approve a new Strategic Plan to guide our association through unprecedented times.

At the heart of that plan is a simple idea: C.A.R. should know its members well enough to serve each one individually. Today, what we know about you is spread across many separate systems. We are bringing it together so C.A.R. can see the full picture of each member, understand what you need, and deliver the right resources at the right time. That foundation is what will allow C.A.R. to put AI to work for REALTORS® in meaningful ways, from how we answer your questions to how we support your business.

I have also been part of a team reaching out directly to thousands of members through the C.A.R. 360 program. Those conversations have reinforced what I believe: members want an association that knows them, speaks to them, and shows up when it matters.

My candidacy for C.A.R. President-Elect is about seeing this vision through and building a stronger, more connected real estate community for every member.”
